i figured out part of it

it makes me sad how few people out there think the way or as often as i do. thats always been and always will be my major flaw. but when i do occasionally meet someone that has the same thought process, its so soothing and so relaxing. and very comforting. it puts my soul at ease to know that there are SOME people out there that appreciate the sunset and how it happens every day no matter what kind of day it was. some people out there also appreciate that each day starts and ends the same, with a sunrise and a sunset, yet everything else that happens is always different. and yet within that repetitive act of the sun rising and setting, everything is still always different. the sun rises and sets every day, but not at the same time, or with the same intensity, or as long, or in the same temperature, or with the same people watching it, or even with the same people thinking about it.

im not saying that my way of thinking is better. its just different. i want to understand how people think and why they think the way they do. or why they feel the way they do. most people dont care, they only care about the actions that people take, or the words that people say. how many people out there care about new ideas, or inspirations, or motivation?

i thought that opening up to people isnt really worth it because no one will ever really be able to understand the way i am. but i guess its worth being hurt 200 times in order to find one person that will sit down with you and ask you the questions that you want to answer. im thinking its probably worth it to find 1 out of a million people that will actually take a moment to think before they speak, to find just 1 person that will also stare at the sky and want to watch the stars come out. 1 person to share the same kinds of pain with.

1 person that will say “wow, the sunset is really beautiful today” and mean it

1 person that will say “i know how you feel” and mean it
